Our CEO, Donald Lindsay
Founder & Managing Partner of Lindsay Capital Partners
Donald Lindsay is the Founder & Managing Partner of Lindsay Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm, proudly based in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Donald has devoted the last +17 years, managing the expansion of private equity backed companies, through the acquisition of companies and real estate. As an executive, he has led the investment and acquisitions of companies with a total valuation of over $1.0 Billion, across different assets and industry types.
Prior to founding Lindsay Capital Partners, Donald served as the Senior Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for a private equity-based company, focused on managing the growth of a leading healthcare platform. While at this platform he helped to grow the platform through the acquisition of over $200 Million in acquisition targets. Prior to serving at the leading healthcare platform, Donald served as a Director of Strategic Finance, leading a Fortune 100 business unit’s acquisition and real estate expansion efforts throughout the Southeast. After several years of rapid expansion Donald led the operational diligence that resulted in the sale of the company to a Fortune 100 company. Prior to this Donald served as an investment banker advising both private equity and strategic companies on optimal capital solutions and merger & acquisitions.
Donald serves as a member of the University of Miami Citizens Board, which is a select group of business, professional, and civic leaders who actively support the University’s philanthropic efforts and strategic growth.
Donald graduated from the University of Florida, where he completed a major in finance. He went on to attain both a Masters in Finance and a Masters in Accounting. Donald resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL with his beautiful wife, and two girls.
Advisory Board: Clive Davis
Since founding Park Royal Capital in 2017 Clive Davis has personally invested in more than 3,000 multifamily rental units, as well as a portfolio of hotels based in Atlanta where he has resided since 2005. Most recently Park Royal Capital (and partners) acquired an A-Class 2021 constructed multifamily property located in Northwest Arkansas, bringing its total units under management to 757 units with a combined value of over $147M. Clive is also a partner in WGL Partners, the developer of a 90 acre community called Ceres, in Chattahoochee Hills, GA.
After graduating from Columbia Law School, Clive’s corporate career took him from a Wall Street law firm where he began as a transactional lawyer, to a variety of in-house legal and compliance roles in the pharmaceutical industry, including nine years serving as a Chief Compliance Officer. Throughout the entirety of this twenty-year career, he remained actively invested in real estate with a small portfolio of holdings.
In answering this self-posed question, Clive decided 2017 was the time and walked away from corporate life in pursuit of his interests and passion as a full-time real estate investment entrepreneur.
